Major Connection Problem - Probably a simple fix, need help!

Ok so this is my problem, even with Upnp enabled I don't get that other tab in router properties.

I assume I need to disable Upnp, restart (both my comupter and router), then re-enable Upnp on my router, restart (both my computer and router), and the other tab in the router properties should exist right?

I tried this last nite to no effect any other advice?

I'm using a netgear WPN824v2.

Now my router has a static ip address, but since I'm connected to my router through a wireless network adapter do I need to give my computer a static ip address?

I can't help you with UPnP. But you may forward the TCP port 1000 on your router, it is the port AC:B multiplayer uses, it may solve your issue.
