46% xianyong bai barge

I'm having glitch problems 46% OBJECTIVE:go talk to xianyong bai on the stranded barge. The objects are floating in mid air and there is no barge. Please help on how to fix. Thanks.

am also having problem at this stage... except for me i cannot talk to xianyong bai as he is not in the bridge of the barge but on the deck of the barge and does not respond to anything... i cant progress in the game.
what can i do to fix this problem?
