Regulation 1.30 out on PS3 yet?

Hey everyone,

I recently got ACFA for the PS3, and I am 100% sure I have 1.20 and my system updates and nothing is downloaded... (I live in Australia btw, and so we have the Australia/NewZeland version, so Im sure its not the EU, Japan, US version, but then, Im not sure.)

however, my friend in thailand (who I really wanna play with) has regulation 1.30 for some reason, and therefore we cant coop together. She also tells me she gets a small update upon instalation into the PS3 - I dont.

What also kinda sucks is.... no one is online.... Is it me, or is everyone else on 1.30? Because I am seeing no updates via the PS network.

Any help or clarrifications as to what could be going on (maybe us PS3 users are gonna have to wait.... like we did with mercs 2.)
