Control Problem

I'm having a weird control problem in the addon everythings fine all the controls work, but in the standalone it goes all weird some of the controls don't work when you press them all the controls are mapped from install so there all fresh but it's really annoying things like u press the arrestor hook it doesn't come down, landing gear doesn't go up or down (already know about the F4F and FM2)

Check your control assignments in the standalone version. Control assignments are not universal, you have to make assignments for every new pilot in each game.

You can speed it up a bit by copying the "settings.ini" file for the folder for a pilot you've already assigned controls to the folder for a new pilot. The pilot folders can be found in the Users folder of each game installation.

already tried that, heres an example i've just rolled off the carrier hit flaps up the message appears i even get that hydraulic hissing sound for when the flaps go up but i go to external there still fully extended

Ahh, that's different. Sounds like a corrupt install, try uninstalling and reinstalling the problem installation.
