Bonus Content Assassin's Creed Revelations

So when I try to enter my code for the bonus content on the assassinscreed.com/bonuscontent web page, I keep getting a "this code is not valid" error message. Is it because it hasn't been the 15th long enough? Or did someone snag my code before me and I'm that unlucky guy?

i am getting the same message on the website, BUT when i put the code in my psn store, it showed me what the code was for, ie the bonus mission etc. but when i had hit download nothing happened, and now when i put the code it said its invalid. Anyone experience this, i dont even see the extra content in my purchase history. Its like the content and the content code just disappeared.

I Only got 1 DLC Code for Assassin's Creed Revelations for the UPlay nothing else but a French Card for the Bonus Content on Assassin's Creed Revelations

Can someone please help me? cause the Bonus card I did get was french only thing I could understand was the link, Please Help

I would continue to voice your concerns here on the forum but also check with the store you bought it from to determine if you are the only one that had the problem or if it was widespread.

I redeemed my signature edition code in the PSN store, however when I'm in-game and go to menu "Exclusive Content" it asks me to input my code again =/

The Bonus Content code works fine on my PS3 & PC
but only problem is bonus missions gives the download prompt then vanishes after I hit X.
Doesn't show up in my Download List either
What can I do now I re-enter the code but it tells me it's been used

I've gotten both the video and the Uplay Passport just fine. The only issue I have is the fact that i've imputed my code for the bonus content and haven't gotten anything. It had prompted me to download, but it isn't in my download history.

I've brought the problem up with gamestop and they've told me to call up PSN and that they'll issue me a new code. I'll be calling them up today and hopefully it will go through this time around.

I've had the same problem. I redeemed the code in the Playstation store just after the Ubisoft code. The Ubisoft code seems to have worked, but not any of the exclusive content that should have came with the pre-order codes. (Outfits, weapons capacity, or even the short film)

I've also tried going to the site that support posted with no luck. You guessed it, ...blank page.
But I've been looking around, and have heard that the code was to unlock content that was already on the disk. So that's why you don't see a download in your history. But that doesn't explain why I don't have the video content yet, or, the weapons upgrade, or even the Ottaman character for multiplayer. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif big disappointment, seeing as the game only came with the one code and now that its been used, I don't have another to redeem it in the correct spot to redeem it. What a joke. Had to create a useless UPlay account and this junk still doesn't work. This is a clusterfcuk and a pain in the azz. Next time, try learning a thing or two from EVERY other developer and publisher that provides DLC...even Polyphony Digital managed to get it right...and they are complete stooges in that department. I honestly couldn't care less about the PC downloads, but I would like to redeem the content from the PS3 code that gave me nothing...which is now invalid. Fix this shtit!!

In regards to the Assassins Creed Revelations dlc content issue.. I have an answer...

I have tried to go to the link that was posted for support, but all that returned was a blank screen. So I called in to Ubisoft, and the answer I received was... The data is on the disk, so that's why there is no download that transpires. The code simply unlocks the data to be used. Now, in the game you must have accomplished up to, approximately sequence 3 to have gotten far enough to play the unlocked content. As for verifying if the code has gone through, gamers can check their inventory screen and see that if they have a bullet capacity of 12. If so, that indicates that the code has indeed worked.
The online multiplayer character will be able to be played after playing a few matches and leveling up. I hope this clears things up for people a bit and hope you have a great day. Thanks for reading

actualy it may just work automaticly,i entered my code and had the same problem of no download so once i had beaten the game i was runnning trough doing sidemissions and one on my map that said hidden tomb. so i went in, did the mission and you had to find Vlad the impalers head,(sounds like that extra mission right?) then i got to the end and in the tomb with Vlad theres a sword next to Vlad (dosent it say on the back of the case something like "extra mission with unlockable sword") i have the feeling it just works.

hi, i have the same problem with my bonus content code of my signature edition, i entered the code before running the game, and it didn't happen anything, then i sent a question to suport ubi and they haven't answered me, i'm on sequence 3 , i've already played the vlad's mission and at the end of this it gave me a sword, and i have 12 bullets but i still continue without my otoman jester character for mutiplayer game, i need help please, or, who should i call?

Yeah man I just tried to get mine, same thing. Who should I talk to about this? I am upset this game has come out with issues but I am not going to yell and scream to get it fixed. Anyone have any ideas of how to solve this? let me know.

Okay, I have a damn annoying problem myself, guys and gals. On my redemption code for Assassin's Creed: Revelations, there are 19 digits...that seems wrong, doesn't it? Aren't there supposed to be like, 20 or 25 digits for the Xbox 360 redemption codes? When I try to use the code on Ubisoft's site, it tells me that the code I entered was invalid...I even tried to use it on Xbox.com, but it says above the code box that I need to enter a 25 digit code...I even tried the code anyway, just to see if it would work, and of course, it didn't. I don't know what happened here, but it seems like I got ripped off because some idiot forgot to add the other 6 digits to my code...can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks.
