multiplayer help version diff

hi, everytime i try and join a server in multiplayer mode, it tells me version does not match.
ive downloaded the patch and the version is 1.1 now. does anyone know what is wrong? help appreciated. thx.

Hi

Latest patch version is 1.3. You can get it from many places like www.fileplanet.com (http://www.fileplanet.com) or http://www.filefront.com/ for example and that will solve your problem.

I've installed the 1.3 patch, and now instead of saying the "Version does not match," I get an automated, "Kicked!" when I try to join a server. Any help?

Make sure the punkbuster client box is ticked on the options screen bottom right hand side.

Also make sure that the shortcut that launches Far Cry for you does not have the DEVMODE flag included.
