collectors edition question

So will the usa get screwed again on collectors editions? it seems this is always the case for many games... i preorder the collectors edition and it always comes in a craptastic plastic case instead of the cool tin can's advertised.

i know what you mean,here(belgium) the same sometimes happens but fair is fair so tin box schould be tin box!
