So theres the question in the title, will i be able to play it since the release date is 2.12.? Are the MP servers active?

What version are you talking about?
The PS3 and Xbox versions were released on 15th November and the servers have been up since then. And a DLC will be released on the 12nd December.

I'm not sure when the PC version is released. But I'm pretty sure the servers are down at the moment. They are opened on release date or when the copies first ship.

I'd advise you to not, mess up and your key is terminated.
Ubisoft won't do anything either.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, dont wanna ruin it, ill just wait untill 2.12. 00:01 lol, or is it 29.12.
