Help With SC2: Problems with single/multiplayer

Everytime I try to play the game ( in both multiplayer mode and single player mode) i get the error saying that i'm not the admin of the current system ( even though i'm the only admin of the system )

I've tried to reinstall it on different drives ; it doesn't work , still get the same error.

I've tried to create other admin accounts , still get the same error.

I've tired to patch the game and it still does not work .

I've heard its a possible problem with SAFEdisc , so i've tired Dling the fixes and stuff for it , i still get the same error saying that i'm not the admin.

Is there any way of getting SC2 to run short of uninstalling SP2 / XP pro ?
