BUG: Cannot get out of Assassin's Bureau cinematic in Acre

After doing one investigation memory (pickpocket mission) in the Poor district of Acre, I am told I have enough info to do the Assassination memory and I should report back to the Bureau leader. I did not do this and instead explored the town a bit more and uncovered the Informer objective where I had to run around and collect a bunch of his flags before he would give me information. I failed to do this on my first attempt, then decided to go to the Assassin's Bureau. The cinematic that occurs reveals a bunch of information about the doctor that I had not uncovered yet about the doctor, what he does to his patients, and how Altair plans to take care of him. The Bureau leader tells me he gives me leave to go but I cannot leave through the doorway. An invisible collision is blocking me and I still am in the cinematic.

I have attempted to fully complete the level and gain the info that had been prematurely revealed but going back to the Bureau leader results in the same situation.

i had this problem on one of my missions but it turned out that after speaking to the guy, i had to go back to the counter and take the feather.

Thanks, that turned out to be the case. I did not catch the guy putting the feather out since i was in longshot view.
