Locked key

Hi,

My nephew bought this game, and registerd using the key that came with it. He only played it for a few weeks then gave it to my son. Now I have just spent an hour installing it and all the updates and updated the video driver etc., and when i try play it says the key is already used by someone else! Well they are not using it anymore!

So the question is, how can i get the game to work for me. I am the legitamate owner of the $100 dollar prodcut.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi there,


The only way you can access the game, is using the account used to register the game.


The CD Key will be linked to the account used to install it first - so without that account, the CD Key will report that it's in use / invalid.


You can contact Ubisoft Support who may be able to supply you with a new CD Key for a small fee.
