I don't know if anybody have problems to connect when the firewall is on...

How about disabling the firewall?.
Usualy the firewall asks for your aproval and that's the reason you say it crashes. Sometimes you can ald tab out of the game and alow the game to run. If it indeed crashes and you cannot alt tab, disable the firewall or make a special rule for heroes 5. (it depends of the firewall).
