Here is the situation. I seems to get repeated crashes at select points in the game.

The first time I noticed this was at that point in the demo where you pass through that enemy camp with the tents. You go into this bright area and there appears to be another tunnel leading somewhere. Before I can enter the tunnel my system crashes.
I tried loading an earlier save to see if that save was corrupted but I only found another point where the game repeatedly crashes. This time its at that point where you walk up those stairs to the area where the guy is being tortured.

I dont understand why the game keeps crashing at these particular points. IT doesn't make sense to me. \

I have Windows XP Media Center Edition.

Here are my specs:

P4 3.8 Ghz HT
ATI X850 XT PE
2 GB of DDR2 RAM

Can anyone tell me what is going wrong? The demo runs fine, great actually. IT just keeps crashing in select spots and I dont know what is causing this.

well heres what id do. i would turn all the settings to lowest possible, even sound quality. then i would gradually turn some higher and test it with each setting untill uve seen what causes it. if it still crashes at that place on all low settings then u know it has nothing to do with ur preformance parts. if id put my money on something id say that its probably because u have Windows XP Media Center Edition.
