There's a couple dozen threads over in technical help, a few mentions in this forum and elsewhere on the intertubez that Revelations needs a patch.
So what's the skinny?
Do PS3 users need a patch before playing? XBOX? Are there bugs? Does it freeze? What is being patched --- the freezing, money system bugs, or other?
