First, my troubles began with pre-loading.
I would try to pre-load but the bar would stay 0 and it would say the servers are too busy, try again in a few hours.
I attempted it many more times including 12:00 at night but still displayed the same message.
Then, on the launch day, I clicked the game again. It said, download starting.
I click on it and it starts to 'validate files'. Before it could start, another message pops up 'Steam servers are too busy at the moment, try again in a few minutes'. I tried this again multiple times but each time it wouldl display the same message.
My freind suggested I delete my beta files and free-weekend files. I even emptied the recycling. It would display the same message.
I had restarted steam and the computer several times by this moment.
I finally decided to delete local content and try again. It still says 'update starting'. I am starting to get ****ed off. Please help me.
Edit : also I tried inserting the 'code' that you put in the internet address bar. Those failed too.

Nevermind, I followed the directions of this link and it seemed to work. Delete those files!
