Help would be gratefully recieved

Whenever I boot up the game i crashes before it gets to the Main Screen. It worked when I played it on the Administrator account but it won't work on mine. Additionally I am unable to install any patches. Help me PLease

Also my specs are AMD 64 4200 2048 Ram, x1300 512

I think you answered your own question. You do need to run the game on the admin account and install patches with admin privileges.
