Graphics (9/10):
UE3 looks gorgeous and <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">Ubi[/b] has implemented the engine well for its purposes. The lighting effects are excellent, along with the refraction effects that occur when you get shot. The normal maps on characters give a nice feel of realism, and shadows are excellent as well. Guns are well rendered. The city of Vegas looks absolutely alive with light and movement. Although things can be a bit dull (the Mexico mission is rather dull compared to the Vegas missions) once in a while, the main meat of the game, the Vegas missions, are excellent.
.

Insolence.

Quality review. I'm with you on all angles.

The sound was what really got me entangled right from the start. The ambient - and the Tangos screaming obscenities at each other really do a good job of increasing the immersion.

Also I was smiling with glee when I saw a piece of debris hit a tango and incapacitate him as he lies screaming. (I shot him some more just in case )

You mentioned that Mexico is more dull than Las Vegas? Apparently you???ve never visited either place. Mexico actually IS more dull ??? but then 98% of all places are more dull than Vegas???..the city of lights.

IGN will rate this 9.0 or higher???the reader review will be closer to 10.0.

And I mean that <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">UBI[/b], don't listen to the whiners. It seems they got their heads stuck in the console ports HAS to be bad, ergo Vegas must suck.
Well it doesn't. I enjoy Vegas as much as I did with Rouge Spear and Raven Shield.

People are just applying the one rotten apple spoils the bunch theory to everything nowadays. Vegas deserves to be its own unique experience, not the same game with better graphics and ****. Ports, if done well, can be phenomenal.

i quess i'm the rotten apple , lol cause the graphics look terrible on my 26 inch wide screen .. jaggied edges and blane textures, i quess i will hook up my 21 inch monitor to get the beauty of the graphcs you speak about , i know its not the game its just not meant to be on a wide screen ,other wise it won't look good

I can only seem to equip 1 Primary in MP. Is this intended or is there a way to enable this?

I'd love to carry a Sniper Rifle + Shotgun :-D

You are right now the game looks great
i unhooked my 26 inch wide screen lcd
and hooked back up my 21 inch crt monitor
and the game looks like its suppose to look -
that goes to show if the game looks crappy on your wide screen thats the reason-
on a regular monitor it looks great , i'm also running it at 1600x1200 with all details at the ,max and no jaggies, and getting good frames and running smooth as a baby's butt, of course i got 4 gig of ram on a dual core amd 3800+,and a 7900gt at 265 mb ,but running a-ok no problems except for a sound shuttle when i kill a guy on the chinese rest-map like a gun reloading over and over again.
this game will look bad on widescreen even with that resolution ws hack, to bad i love my widescreen i hated to un hook it but i want to enjoy great graphics and gameplay
