Sounds as if they have forgotten to give you the required permissions. I had the same problem for a while, then contacted Yaiden and he took care of it right away.- I guess he or someone else will notice this thread and fix it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Ah okay.. otherwise my presence here would seem a bit redundant if i can't report the bugs http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

Well, you could always write bug repports and send them to me. I would be sure to mention you *cough* in the bug repport rather than take all the honour myself and have a better shot at being among the top testers and get a reward http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/halo.gif

When submit a bug I read the following info ;-)
"Fill up this form with a maximum of detail regarding the bug and submit it. Best bug-finders will be rewarded."

Huh.. must have overlooked that.. Oh well. Not doing this for any additional rewards.. i mean getting to play this in the first place is one hell of a reward http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif especially considering what people they apparently pick.

The biggest reward for me is to be in the next beta again http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

Hi !
I have the same problem : i'm not able to report bugs.

I used to have that problem too but now it's working for me (I wrote a private message to Yaiden too. He never replied back but the problem did get fixed http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif).
... Or rather, it was working. It seems to have stopped again now. Is there a limit to the number of bugs you can report in a day or how frequently you can write reports?
EDIT: My problem has once again been fixed. I guess that you can only write a report once every 30 minutes or so.

Maybe this is the solution:
Klick on the blue "Heroes Kingdom" button.
Then you are connected to the new page, where on left side is a menu bar. There you have to klick on sytem configuration or so and fill in your config. After that you can submit bugs.
I also needed one week therefor http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Now my bug reporting is timing out *sighs*.
To ensure that I remember to repost the bug tomorrow, I'll briefly post it here:
After spending much of the day testing the diplomacy skill on the demo server, I am convinced that it is not working.
First of all, I know how the diplomacy skill should work: When attacking a same-race NPC zone, if I have an army with greater power, there is a 20% chance of "30%" of the NPC army being recruited to join the attacker's force (actually, it SAYS 30% in the tutorial message but in practice, the entire army recruits, in my experience). Each level of diplomacy skill supposedly increases this chance by 9%
Firstly, without ANY diplomacy I fought 36 battles against same-race NPC forces. This resulted in 8 recruitments and 28 victories (my forces crushed the NPCs). This represents a 22.2% success rate which is clearly within acceptable statistical parameters of the stated 20% for base success chance.
Secondly, using 2 points of diplomacy (cost:3 skill points... theoretically increasing the base recruitment chance by 18%) I then fought 32 battles against same-race NPC zones. This resulted in 8 recruitments and 24 victories. This represents a 25% success rate, which as you can see, is not significantly higher than that resulting from just using the base recruitment chance (described above).
NOTE, these statistics were obtained using the DEMO server, however if all servers use the same code, then the problem likely reoccurs in each.
... sorry for posting this here, I'll delete it tomorrow, after I wake up and post it properly.

I will try to check this in technical beta.... want to go for Diplomacy tho... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I can't report bugs to :/
When I click on the "Report a bug" button, I'm directly sent to the webpage "UBISOFT BETA REPORT TOOL", then I click on "HEROES KINGDOM", which leads me to the news page.
I've already edited my profile with my laptop settings... but nothing happens http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
Any idea ? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
