Whats going on with TOW (Cease fire) PS3?

The Cease fire in TOW is a few hours over due? Is server maintenance still going on?

I have the same problem. Can't connect to ToW Servers.

And not only that, but it said that the next turn will start Mon, Jan 5th at 03:28. Well it's 13:00 here. So it should have started like 10 hours ago.
