Hi folks! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Things are progressing well,so far.
I have added all seven rank insignia (from Mladshiy Leitenant to Polkovnik),an alternative leather waist belt, alternative cloth flight helmet(look pic for details)and the 32 faces required.
The faces belong to football players, mostly Russian but also Ucranian,Bellorussian,Georgian.
Now testing in Dynamic Campaign,to be released soon.
Thanks Defrag for the skin used in pic. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Thank you all but...please...
Somebody stop me! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif
I have added a dark blue Гимнастеркa option, as I I have seen it worn too, along with the more common field green one.
In pic bellow you can see the helmet's throat microphones better.
I'm considering adding one more, earlier helmet type, with no earphones, that was very common too, escpecialy in plane types with no or removed, for weight reduction, radios.
What do you think?

Excellent work elephant , theres not very many pilot skinners out there so keep up the great work. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

The new wireless helmet variation, is ready.
Have a look.
I've also corrected the cloth helmet's coloring, according to a photo of a remaining example I got lately.
Time to start out the portraits now.
I believe by the weekend the complete pack will be ready to upload.

Any intentions of doing a winter pack also?
10-27-2005, 01:45 AM
Yes of course, also a VVS '43-45 pack and the '41-43,'43-45 Navy equivalents.
Just give me some time. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Awesome work. Any chance of a desert RAF set?
10-27-2005, 04:05 PM
I have a full'41-43 PAF desert set in my hard drive for some time actually.
I'll have to put a new set of faces to the previous one (ETO '43-45) to be included in game with the next addon (Yes!!!) http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif and I will then update and release it.
I have lots of unpublished skins but I didn't ever find the time to organise them in packs.
Already made and not published:
LW arctic winter
and many LW ace pilot skins.
I would realy like to make an FAA pack if I can steal some time, but for now the VVS is my first priority.
Here are two RAF teaser pics,(from last year) jocko417 http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

The Dgen portraits with the faces of the pilots is not an easy job and I find it a bit boring too, http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif but is something to be done, anyway.
Have a first look:
Only 26 more to go...
