Where to provide a on line cd key?
Any suggestions to rezolve the problem?

The online key starts with SC3 and should be printed in a white box on the manual (the little book). If the key is missing, contact Ubisoft with a photo of your receipt at support.ubi.com .

A scan of your CD/DVD and the manual will also usually work as proof that you have an "official" game and not a pirated one. Showing the area where the CD-Key is supposed to be in the scan will also help your case.

Thanks. I bought my version os SC 3 trough e-bay. Why it lacks with online cd key ? Is there need to do an extra payment for on line gameing? trhanks again!

Buying online games via e-Bay isnt really smart, because the previous owner can still use the key. Did you get the manual (the small book)?

There's no extra payment required for playing online.
