So CoD:world at war is announced. They had the chance to absorb all of the people wanting a new ww2 game from the cod2 crowd. Now they talk nothing else but this new cod5. I was hoping, trying to talk this game up.....now it's a losing battle.

Don't be too sure about it, Steinman... at least the 2 of us are still looking at this? And you know what influence we can have http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif I think if this game is really good for a TR Community online we won't have too much people short. I'm buying anyway as soon as I know for sure I can run it.

I personally think that the two games are not if comparable. HH requires more of a thinker and strategist as a player while CODW at War requires no brains just a run and gunner. This game will still sell just as many copies as it would IF.....the game doesn't get delayed any more. If there is one more delay for the community I believe that a BUNCH of people will say "screw this" and head over and get the new COD. I won't but I think that some of the community will. With the new COD coming out it also puts some more pressure on Ubisoft to not lose some of there fan base and to make sure that the game comes out sooner rather than later.

I think their think of the way they presented HH was that it was going to incorporate more of the COD/MOH style of multiplayer gameplay though. Kind of a combo of stategy of BIA and the shooter aspect of the other games. I just think that if they had got it done and released in earlier in the year. They could have had alot more possible players. Now all I hear is ...did you hear cod world at war is gonna have swords....blahblah....anyway. I want this to be a good game. I am only playing one game. I want this to be my next one.
