H6 release v1.1 : mid-battle display-driver crash

Well just in middle of a battle next thing graphics start blackin triangles everything then i get alt tabbed to desktop with "Display Driver Nvidia Windows Kernal driver"

I checked my graphics drivers to see if they are there and settings yes they are. I went on another game "Rage" for 25minutes to see if anything is wrong with my graphics card and did a stress test on it and no errors found.

Now i find this very strange considering the H6 Demo worked like silk and smooth as silk but after the patch i get this error.

Running

Win7 64Bit
I7 920 3.6ghz
12GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX 580 Phantom 3GB 280.26 drivers

Ok just been playing for past 15minutes did 3 battles so far no crash mid battle with black graphic apparations.

Hello again. Just played today and had a weird graphic bug however it did not cause me to crash or have the driver error.
