I can't play multi player any more (major problem) !!!

Hellow.I have the IL-2 Sturmovik DVD with all the games included.I have installed it and played for 5 days.During the game when i pressed the map button it poped off screen.I did not knew what to make so I reinstalled the game.Now i cannot connect to any server anymore.It says connection timed out.I tried like 20 server but it says the same error.I was so disperat that I even reinstaled the OS(windows).I am using windows Xp.and still nothing.Not working.I disabled all antivirus and firewall including the one that windows provides.Still nothing.I tried on my dad's computer but still the same thing (connection timeout).I can't get it working.I don't knnow what to do any more.The hyper lobbi and team speak are working.I can chat and talk with te people.Pls help !!!
