Patch Details?

Can anyone point me to a link that lists the fixes for the Xbox patch? I hope it's more than just recognizing the "Chapter 2" DLC http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif.

There are no details of any update to fix anything and no announcement to say there will be.. sorry

i got the patch last night and it seems to have sharpened the graphics a lot and removed some haze, still no DLC yet (downloading for the third time now)
