Went through the entire delete, reboot process for Java. Installed and received two copy errors, one with (files 1) and second with (beans2).
Redid installation and still receiving first copy error, ie "one or more errors occured during the copying of files (files 1).
Hope you can help. Bought program over one month but have been waiting for a patch fix. Finally decided to go through all the "fix" process and still doesn't install.
