Get friends. Its co-op, you play with 2 or 3 people, if u just want to play withyourself play singleplayer.

As far as I know you CAN play 3v1. It'll most defanintly be harder, but atleast you dont have to worry about getting friends to join.

I wonder if the way the Challenge mode plays, you either take on X missions, each with a user-defined 1-3 (possibly 5) mercs, or if the missions themselves have set defined numbers of Mercs (more in later missions) and the only thing the user can change is the difficulty.

i think there will be a default setting to get the achievement. making the missions harder is free of choice

But can just someone of UBI tell us how it´s going to be ?

I don't think Ubi has ever ONCE spoken on the official Splinter Cell forums from SC1 to SCDA; so chances of getting one to talk now doesn't look too good.

Ubi's presense is pretty much non existant on the forums. They utilize the Moderators and Community Managers as a medium between themselves and us.

I really do hope those bots will be really smart. And when I say smart I mean really hard. I don't want to play against some mediorce bots and then go online and get dogged.

Playing 3 against 1 on Challenge mode would actually be pretty fun and...challenging. Haha.

that should be possible. why not ! When a Lan server(bot mode) started , u can just play with bots without any other players.

Worst thing will be if Easy level bots dominate or Hard level bots are too easy to kill. I don't think there will be much in the way of AI. It's just going to be about accuracy and BS.

On hard, don't be suprised if as SOON as a Merc enters a room you're hacking, he knows EXACTLY where you are and snipes you in less than a second. Very few games have AI intelligent to mimic human behavior and search/hunt for the logic to perform the action (I loved how F.E.A.R. was, where if you blasted them and hid, incoming soldiers would have to pan out and scout to find you, calling out to others when they made contact. That is superb!)

But the Community Managers ARE Ubisoft. Rhoulette shares info very freely when new info is availible. There just isn't much new that she can tell us right now. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
