Just remember to enable "Hardware Acceleration"
to get Direct3d support for your graphics card.
Funny that you need to enable 3D-support to run
a dedicated server though.

Don't know this OS but read somewhere you have to set it up as "workstation" to get the best results.

JallaBalla,

If you haven't done so already, setting your hardware acceleration to full will not be enough although it is something you need to do. What you also need to set is your DirectX settings. Specifically you need to enable your Direct Draw Acceleration and Direct 3D Acceleration by running "dxdiag" through run in the start menu and choosing the dispay tab. I haven't had any troubles since. Hope this helps all.
