It's not a stupid question. But what sort of problems would you have?
Keep your plane in the turn, keep your eye on the target, and when the enemy falls back into your sights, blast 'em.
No problems at all. Unless of course you actually fall unconscious from the G's, but we can't fix that issue here on the forums.
