I am still waitng for the joystick control patch before getting the game but Iam curious re arcade or realistic. For those of you have have the PC version what is the difference.

I never fly arcade, so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Arcade:
Left = crosshair moves left
Right = crosshair moves right
Up = crosshair moves up
Down = crosshair moves down

Ignorant to the orientation of the plane.

Realistic:
aka. professional (in game)

you have to control the pitch/roll/yaw yourself to go the direction you wish.

Is it still too easy, ie some guy shooting down four bombers in one pass ( absurb when you consider the top aces had between 15-20 kills through the duration) or is it more "realistic". That is what I am really asking.

oh. well your comment about waiting for the joystick patch before buying made me think u were just asking about controls. ok.

Its very much arcade.
Lots of explosions lots of stuff to kill = fun fun fun.
If your after a sim go back to BOB2 or something.
