No I dont really think they care too much yet but I'm just curious what folks with the same problem think.Its just a couple of clicks.Enough Bad reports to the BBB and their rep can be seriously damaged and that directly affects their fat paychecks.

I don't really think the BBB has the same hold it once did.

Besides, it really has no authority besides to remove Ubisoft from the BBB. After that all they can do is send along the information they collected to the authorities (at least that is all I remember that they can do).

Maybe so but we will see.At the very least they are helping me negotiate with a company who is just sending auto responses to everybody else.
