From reading manual and posts, I know that to take a photo, I need to lock a target to take a picture, and that I lock the target in the periscope view. However, I cannot figure out how to lock the target. The only button I see is "position keeper," but that doesn't seem to be a lock target button. I enjoy the game, but the tutorial and manual are the pits.

The lock on button is the dark red button with a "s" in it, just above the fire buttons.

Also you could use "L" not capital L but small " l" this works for me and it is quicker to push when target gets unlocked.
