SCCT OEM Patching Issue

Hey all,
Sorry if this has been answered, but I've searched and couldn't find it. I have a bundled version/OEM version of SCCT and whenever I go to patch it, a message displays saying:

"This patch has been prepared for the North American (NA) version of Splinter Cell Chaos Theory and seems incompatible with the version you have."

I'd really like to get at least the 1.04 patch so I can use the ATI shader 2.0 option. Thanks in advance for the help!

Interestingly, the UK 1.02 -> 1.03 patch installed successfully. Does anyone know if there is a 1.04 patch for the UK version? Or at least a patch that allows ATI Shader Model 2.0 for the UK edition?
