Where do I go after having found the driver in the garage? Where is the glass elevator and how do I get to the South Wing?

You need to backtrack after interrogating him.
You need to go back the way you came until you hit where the door that you took into the stairwell. Go out there, and neutralize the guard with his back to you. Then go further down the hall to the door on the right.
