"Menu ID not found" error

I have had SH IV unmodded since I bought and decided to see what mods were available. I found the Real Fleet Boat mod and it looked good to me. I used JSGME to install it and everything went fine. I started a new career to see the changes, but after the load bar gets to 100%, I hear the sound of an error message. The game just stays there until you close all the error boxes. After that it looks to work fine. The error says"Menu ID not found:0x31020001", and there are 28 different ones as well. I have RFB 1.31, havent found a newer version yet. Please help.

looks like something with the mod installed ...best solution would to be do a uninstall clean every thing out "ubisoft folder "in program files and the folder in my documents ..then start over
