Where is the new Campaign of the patch v1.1.b

The readme of the pacht v1.1b say in New features and modifications:
"5. New campaign - German retreat from Kuban in the fall '43"

But, Where is the campaing?, because I start the game in the menu of campaign and the campaign are similar to v.1.0. I canâ´t see the new campaign.

I revised the files in explorer I encounter a new Folder in:

Program Files\IL2 Forgotten Battles\Missions\Campaign\RU\DGen_S_Lvov4100.

What is the new folder DGen_S_Lvov4100.
Somebody know as play the new campaign of new version 1.1b? or is a wrong for me.

go to new camp choose german fighter south (LW) and there should be on the list
