Hi All,
I have a weird problem, I am using the X45's, and I have the great .dat by Precog, everything seems to be fine, zoom, hat's etc,but I seem to be slowing and loosing speed all the time, for egsample. when going into a target run I can hear my engines get louder as I apply full power.but my airspeed drops to nothing and I stall/Crash, I don't have any Brake's,Flaps etc deployed, this has only just started to happen today.it was fine yesterday and I haven't altered anything that I'm aware of.
any thoughts on this please,
thank's
Steve

One thing to make sure you are not doing is hitting 'auto-thrust' which is the 'J' key by default I think. That can mess with your engines and if you forget you have it on the engines may not react to your inputs until you turn it off again.
My second thoughts are that I have run into a sporadic problem that sounds similar. I first noticed it when trying to refuel at a bit higher altitude in an F-15. I was way behind the tanker so I went full after burner for awhile to catch him. When I was getting close and realized I would overshoot I cut engine power and extended the air brake. This caused me to get slow and then sink some and get below the tanker. To get my altitude back, I would hit full after burner and retract the air brake. At this point, no matter how long I kept the engines on full afterburner in a clean configuration, I would gain no speed whatsoever. The engine sound was maxed, I would even get a bit nose low and the plane would just stay at a constant speed. It wasn't in a stall or approaching a stall either. It just wouldn't act right after that and I would eventually have to exit the mission and then start over. Maybe they are related problems.
