I have it on the authority of the guy making near minimum wage who answered the phone at my local GameStop that HOE will be available instore for pickup on Septempber 15th.

That's funny actually. I'm pretty sure they are a dollar or two above minimum wage... I just got the same call, September 15th it will be in-store...

Funny thing I pre-ordered and it will not be released until Sept. 22nd per UBI..... thats official duh...

Whub, what are you on about? Gamestop wouldn't be calling people to come to their store on the 15th if it weren't true. Check the release date on IGN, it says the 15th as well..

Amazon showed Sept 22nd last time I checked... wonder what te disparity is about.
All I know is I'm gonna be going in store on the 15th.... w00t!!!

Yeah I'm getting ready for some long hours with this one!
There could be a week discrepancy in release dates depending on your geographical location.. I'm in Pennsylvania, but someone in Canada could possible get it a week later for example..

Plan on getting it Wed. from Gamestop. If the site says "ships on 9/15", then that means the store will get it on the 16th or 17th.

I called the gamestop again.. and after a quick title search & clearly looking at the computer screen, the guy said it "should be in store, ready for pickup on 9/15" based on some unspecified factor. that's good enough for me!

Just got another call.. from Ashley this time saying the game will be there first thing tomorrow morning! THE 15TH! I've been playing HotP for a while getting used to the controls again.. I can't believe how much I still like that game..it's pretty much flawless..

HoE is at GameStop now and ready for instore pick up.
Any of you who pick this up for Xbox 360 and have the Hori Ace Edge HOTAS FlightStick let us know if it works well with HoE, ...or not. Thanks.

My pre order came in TODAY. PICKED IT UP ALREADY!!!
Sad news though: I didn't get "death from above" as my first achievement, but my forth.... LOL
