I remember hearing/reading about how the character design styles in this game were chosen to follow the CG movie. They claimed this was because that version of the turtles/cast can do ninja style animation the best.

so what's stopping him from being in this game?

Fine... one trademark character... similar to Soul Calibar 2 having link in the nintendo version and so on...

But we've got splinter rabbid and we might as well have an assasin rabbid.

Alternate costumes.... that's the best they can offer us less than a week before release?

A game 25 years in the making? I think that's a typo, 23 years ago ubisoft started.

Most importantly let's make sure that no one is able to unlock anything major like unrevealed characters for the first few days that they play this game. We wouldnt' want anyone to not buy this game when they discover all the best stuff has already been revealed.

Well... he's actually from 1984 and it wasn't even with the turtles... maybe that's the problem?

This guy is a rabbit and he appears more times in the ninja turtles history than any other rabbits in this game. Makes sense to me a game boasting "people want to see their favorite characters" should have him then.

This sounds really familiar to something else that came out much more recently than over 20 years ago... sounds pretty significant to the ninja turtle story. At least they managed to put the fugitoid in.
