Uplay is offline or what?

one question: i cant play ac2 or scc because i get the magic msg "an internet connection is req[...]"
well its like this for 3 days now and im kinda getting ****ed.
i did write on support (110225-000288) but looks like no one gives a *&%#....
anyone?
