Where are all flotillas located?

when I did start the career in late â´39 it was with 1st flotilla in Wilhelmshaven. And the 2nd was located in Kiel. After some year I get moved to Brest in a middle of a patrol. Now if I want to move to 2nd flotilla how do I know if it is still Kiel? or could the base of the 2nd be located somewhere else after some years. Which flotilla was located at Bergen? And one more q. When AND where are the VII-C/41-42 IX-C/40,-D2 and XXI being avalible? which flotillas?

I never been to Kiel with 1st flotilla in this game. I have a feeling that this game isnâ´t that historically accurate.
And I was moved to Brest in 1940.
