So all off you are thinking wtf why does he think he can make a events thats not only a tournament in the end. so if this is your question you will be suprised and if your an anime fan off naruto you will love this idea even without begin a Fan it will Change the way you play naruto when you join us.
So my idea is that i am going to Start 5 Villages Like in the Originally Naruto
(Leaf Village, Sand Village, Water Village, Lightning Vilage, and Earth Village)
Hokage
Only Sannin can take the Posission.
(Can only be reseved by fighting the current hokage and beat him down in a 3 round match 2 times)
So Konoha will have a Hokage and the other Villages Kazekages Mizukage Raikage Tsuchikage.
Only 1 can claim the right to be the leader of a town (dont get afraid there is nothing you have to do only if you want to help )
Sannin (This rank can only be taken before the event start you will have to fight in tournaments for the possision you can only take part in it if you reseve the rank of a ANBU)
So under the Hokage and Kazekages differnt from the Anime every town will have their Sannins.
3 Sannins in each town
ANBU (This rank can only be taken before the event start you will have to fight in tournaments for the possision you can only take part in it if you reseve the rank of a Jounin.)
Like in the Anime you will be not exakly ranked but you will have some extra rights.in the anime you dont get to know what the anbu really is about so i will handle them as (Police assasins )
each town can have 6 of them
Jounin
Are the elite Weapons of each town you can claim this rank if you elimnate 8 of the enemies Genins in one war.
each town can have as much they can get.
Chunnin
This rank wil be given to those who survived the event 1 time or by killing a Chunnin also a way to get this rank is beat a Anbu member

Lowest rank but you dont have to excapt challanges of higher ranks
You will get this rank by proving your not a button smacker against a player i decide !
Academy Student
So if you get this rank your a buton smacker so everyone can challange you kick you around as they like and you have to say yes to every single one who wants to battle you.
if you want to get rid of thes position you have to beat a Chunnin who wants to give you a second chance ! ! ! ! Nobody must fight you and you have no rights to anything.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A hokage has the right to deny a Challange between Hokages and also he is alowed to challange anyone he wants he has 4 lives ( means if he lose a 2 round match he can have 4 more but he can also stop after he lost 1 time ).
He can only use his abilty once a day to challanges who he likes (and the enemy has to accept) but still he can go and fight people if they accept out of there free will.
A hokage has to match 1 Person in 2 days !

IF THE HOKAGE/KAZEKAGE LOSES ALL OF HIS 4 LIVES THE VILLAGE WILL BE ELIMINATED AND THE LOWER RANK NIJAS WILL GET ADDED TO THE VILLAGE THAT KILLED THE HOKAGE.(In the Next round of the event you will be back in your own Village)
Sannins.
Are the substiuts of the hokage when hes not online for more than 2 days one of the Sannins has to take the place in the every 2 days battle if the hokage doesnt choose a substitut the strongest Sannin will be it.
Also They have the right to atack the Hokage 1 every 4 days and he has to accept the challenge.
And they can attack 1 Anbu and 1 Jounin Dayly.(they have to accept the challange).
You will commite sucide if you dont fight every day 1 (if you have a certain reason why you cant play you will have more fights one or 2 days later just keep me informed )
Anbu
They are able to atack all them that are lower than themself as they wish
and have the right to challange 2 times aday (sannin has to accpet but you can only fight 2 times against the same enemy) against Sannins also if you win againtst the sannin in only one of those 2 matches he get killed.(ANBU members can´t attack the Hokage)
Jounin.
They are the elite Ninjas of each town they can attack Chuunins and lower ranked Ninjas as they wishes and the enemy has to accept .
in a jounin vs jounin fight all fights are going to take 3 rounds. 3x2= 6 fights
Chuunin
have the right to atack lower ninjas as they wish.and the enemy has to accept.
also they can give academy students a second chance.
Gennin
Beginner lvl can battle Gennin and can be atacked by higher lvl ninjas
Academy student
You wont get this rank easyly first somebody has to tell youre a button smacker than 3 ndifferent players i decide will test you and tell me if its true or not if somone just tell it out of fun he will get the rank of an academy studen.
If you get this rank you cant expect mercy out of me i will not help them but if another one has a big heart chunnin can help you.

So for all those who havent signed up for the Sparing partner tree it not anymore up to me and as i said its not longer my might to take you into the event the vilages have to invite you !! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
But for those who already signed up ther will be a tournament for every Position between the signed up ones and you have the might to invite new players because from now on i will have to do more managin things hp usw and add some suprises in the middle of the event and a big dark suprise at the end i will tell you how the fighting system works after i finshed to write it down no have fun by the nowing that you can be one of the first hokages http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
