it might take a while but always jump over her and hit her twice and run away,do that and she goes down and she can barely hit you
for the tornadoes just roll the whole time and try to avoid them http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif and when she slows time,go to a side of that 'arena'and keep hanging on a ledge till slow time has passed
