It's Spelled "Dumbest" LMAO....It's Naruto Related so it's ok, no need to Flame someone just because he made a mistake in the past...Now back on topic, I'd say Itachi...since i actually don't watch Naruto that often (and other than orochimaru, that left akatsuki or something like, i don't remember, lol)

... well I mean out of the ones we know. Id have to say Itachi. Pein is a boring character to me. He seems strong ya... but just soooo boring. Tobi will be interesting and Kakuza was interesting until he got pwnt.

well if by saying best you mean strongest obviously were talking about tobi=uchiha madara
it cant be itachi because he takes orders from pein and pein takes orders from tobi = madara.
plus remember what itachi said about jariya to kisame "even if we both attack him it would end in a draw or me and you dying" so that tells u right there that itachi isnt stronger than jariya and pein right now is taking on jariya one on one and so far is winning.so that right there tells me that pein is the strongest in akustuki besides tobi = madara.plus he's there god damn leader he wouldnt be if he wasnt the strongest there or somebody would over throw him
