Hello Please help me cause im going crazy

so i install the game everything in order but when i go to launch lost from the desktop and the ubisoft autopatch appears an error comes up:
Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library

runtime error!

Program : D:\program files\ubisoft\lost via domus\gu.exe

R6002\
-floating point support not loaded

Reinstall, when you install the game there should be a Visual C++ entry that installs after the game has been installed automatically (Well program more than entry), should work but not 100%
