How to I change my speed bar (altitude/speed) from metric to English?

I have no problem with metric but all the training missions are in imperial which makes it difficult.

Janmes, you can't. Metric is the way it is and will be. Sorry, I'd like to see the same thing too, but I believe it's hardcoded to the game.

Maybe we are not talking about the same thing. I'm talking about the red letters/numbers at the left side of the screen indicating speed/altitude. I swear I have seen them in imoperial units during certain missions. I'm not sure how this is set.

With PF you can change. Asign a key to "Toggle speedbar" you can cycle through metric/english.

Yep..assign a key to Toggle Speed Bar...You can switch between metric and imperial and heading only.
