Ok i just bought this game and i came home, popped the disk in and nothing happend.. so i did what anyone would do, i pulled it out, checked for scratches nothing, put it back in and it loaded up. so i installed it, but the thing is, is that it never asked me for a Install CD key or anything, just installed. So after that i tried to run the game and it pops up and says please insert the disk and click retry. Now if i put the disk in it does nothing. I uninstalled it but now when i put the disk back in, nothing happens. Any help would be great, thank you.

It might have something to do with the StarForce anti copy encription on the game. First, if you have any emulation or copying software like Alcohol 120 or Deamons tools, disable those. Then go to the website for your DVD drive and see if they have any firmware updates. Get them if they do. Now go to StarForce and get their update. This increases the number (and names) of compatable drives for their system. Try again. I don't think we are at the point of needing to consider the anti virus- that usually crops up during "Checking Disc" and is most associated with McAfee and Panda.

If it is hanging on the disc check, you may need to try disabling your antivirus for that. This thread has more detailed information including a link for the StarForce update.
