S! All, The Phantom Fighters are presently recruiting.

We are a layed back bunch who just like to fly and fight. We are made up of members from All over the U.S., Canada and one from Wales.

We are active in All out War Fighter Sweeps(currently top squad) and we fly in VEF.

We are an allied squadron but we will fly any plane that fits our needs.

We use a dedicated Ventrilo server for Voice comms, So it is always up.

What time do you normally fly?

What state of realizm? ie. External, No Pit, Icons, Padlock

What is VEF?

Are mission (Squad Night) opponets, CO-OP against AI, Intersquad, or PF against other squads or Open Combat?

We usually fly during the evening in the Western Hemisphere time zones. Not exclusively though. We have pilots from betwwen the UK and Japan (going west). Sometimes these guys are on at other times than those mentioned. We accept pilots from all nations but we are an English speaking squad (not the rule just conveinence). Ages are pretty much your 20s and up. We don't exclude young pilots right off the bat but we tend to prefer adults.

As far as realism goes, we try to fly all versions. Some of the guys like No cockpit and others like the "full real" settings. We do strive to learn all.

Squad nights are Tuesdays and Fridays evenings Western Hemispere time zones. We are lax in this during the summer months due to vacations but there are guys on line flying almost every night. We are not a strict squad. We all enjoy this and don't want to make a job out of it. We like to joke around a lot so there is no "yes siring".

Right now we are involved in VEF (Virtual Eastern Front) and Fighter sweeps (see links below) We would like to get a scripted server "war" going vs an axis squad or squads. As of this time we've had no takers. We are currently discussing a internal squad COOP campaign and internal bragging rites tourney.
