not tryiing to be an arse here frend..but have you even tried to read the forums at all..almost..not all..but almost 100% of the people who own this game are having the same problem...

the problem isnt tht u cant play online its that not very many peeps play online... i played online breifly today, what dont more peeps play online? i dont get it
