GRAW2 for PC

I've recently started playing this game and maybe I'm missing something but how to you switch teammates in the campaigns?

I'm only able to play with Captain Mitchell and cannot switch to my sniper or any other teammate.

Please help!

You can't switch. You are Mitchell.

How about one for you?

I haven't played in a couple of years and have started again.

But, I can't remember how to get my team to do anything other than "GO".

Can't get them to "Follow" me, "Attack", etc.
